In addition, she supports her husband in the family’s catering business. She has co-authored several published books. Most recently, the anthology “Unlock the ICON Within.” Her chapter title is: “Full Circle”. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Matroy Sr., of 32+ years; 5 adult children and 5 grandchildren; in church where they hold leadership positions; with friends and motorcycle riding.
