This fence was inspired by a Pinterest photo we saw years ago. We studied that photo and through some trial and error, we figured out how to efficiently build the fence ourselves. Many people have seen our original fence video and wanted more detailed steps, so we created this video. Hope it helps! Note: Material cost is based on pressure treated wood. Choose your desired lumber. Our Materials list: (per each 8’ section) $40 - 1/2 of a 16’ wire utility panel $24 - 4x4x10’ $7/ea - (4) 2x4x8’ $9/ea - (1) 2x4x10’ $10/ea - (2) 2x6x8’ $8 - (1) 2x2x8’ (redwood) $5 - (1) bag of post concrete —————————————— $145 per 8’ section (incl. tax) $145 / 8 = $18 per linear foot To calculate your total cost, add your material costs per 8 foot section, then divide by 8. That will be your cost per linear foot.
