Sheet Updated:https://www.mediafire.com/file/ypz225... Hi everyone, this is Shiorhyth, a self-taught piano enthusiast (just pretty amateur, sadly). As an ACG music lover, I’ll mainly be arranging and covering anime/game-themed pieces. My skills are limited, so just enjoy this lighthearted attempt! This is my first piano arrangement, created as a 20th birthday gift to myself. Honestly, it’s been a three-year journey—I first wanted to arrange this piece back in high school but lacked the experience and time. Most of the arrangement was done by last year, but I missed my birthday deadline for recording. Over the past year, I tweaked it further to reach this final version. (P.S. No idea why the pedal makes weird noises—it’s an internal recording, but I couldn’t fix it… 😅) Why this song? Back in high school, while watching Plastic Memories, I searched for piano sheets of Sukinanode. (好きなので。) but found no complete arrangements. Plus, it felt less intimidating than other pieces (just a hunch!). Over the years, I’ve learned arrangements by other pianists and experimented with chords by ear. There’s still so much I’d improve—maybe I’ll revisit this someday! Behind-the-Scenes Notes: 00:06 Reverted the original’s upper ornamentations. Thank goodness it’s slow—three voices at once nearly broke my brain (still messed up a few times…). 01:08 Avoided octaves in the first chorus to build emotional contrast with the second chorus. 01:27 Added a decorative high voice to vary repetitive melodies. Expanded this layer in the final chorus. 00:46 & 02:05 Reproduced the melody in the left hand—maybe a great idea 02:19 Initially tried a dense chord (A3-D4-A4-D5-A5) . At this time, the melody of the main melody is D instead of A. At the same time, this arrangement also increases the difficulty of playing to a certain extent. So deleted A3 to simplify (still flubbed it in the video…). 02:37 Enriched the arpeggio with extra notes. 02:40 The original song at this time is like Isla's inner monologue and memories, so the scene of their date is cut in at this time, which is also the last day of Isla's "life"—prepare tissues. 😢 02:48 Why is the III chord ♯F-♯A-♯C here? The original uses ♯F-A-D, which sounds smoother. 02:49 Descending scales in both hands (kept a natural C here—no idea why, but it works!). 03:06 Inserted Isla’s confession clip—hope it’s not too abrupt! 03:08 Final chorus: octaves and busy left hand = chaos. (Pro tip: Skip to waterfall flow (in my channel) to save your ears 😬). Tried Animenz-style left-hand patterns (like in Gurenge or Crying for Rain) but tweaked them. 03:25 The hardest section—still can’t fully master it. 03:39 Tried to replicate the original’s background melody (A-♯F-E-D-E-G-♯F-♮F-E-D), but the effect doesn't seem to be very obvious, and it even feels a bit discordant.. 03:35 My favorite part: arpeggios nestled between half notes. 03:40 Rhythm errors + messed-up ornamentations. Defaulted to Animenz-style left hand (brain.exe stopped responding). 03:50 Switched to ♭B and ♮C chords here and at 01:50. Initially wrote ♯A and ♮C until realizing it modulates to D minor—thanks to a music theory video! 04:00 Added a bold ♮C tremolo (an evident difference from the original). Feel free to roast my mistakes—I’m here to learn! 💪 Thanks for your watching! See you next!
