In My Position is an unreleased song from the "Sweet Dreams" recording session. According to some sources online, this song was a favorite of La Bouche's, but the record company didn't like the song, so it never made it to the album. The new La Bouche (Lane McCray, Sophie Cairo) have performed this song a few times, so it is likely that if they keep recording, it may see an actual release with Sophie's vocals in place of Melanie's. I took audio that was available online that had a sudden cut towards the end and was really treble heavy and I fixed the EQ a little bit and looped the chorus and added a fade-out to give the song some sort of ending rather than the sudden cut I found it with. EDIT A verse of the rap performed in this song was included in the 2020 re-recording of "One Night In Heaven" by La Bouche.
