When the spider totems were separated from the Web of Destiny, a spider character emerged from the dagger, but no one had any memory of him. He informed Peter and Miles that they've been on several adventures together and introduced himself as Bailey Briggs, Spider-Boy. Upset that no one remembered him, he jumped away. Spider-Boy then goes around telling everyone he's back, but people are confused, asking if someone shrank Spider-Man, where his web shooters are, and some referred to him as the human flea. He then changes into civilian clothes, thinking that if they don't remember the webless wonder, they will surely recognize the real him. He goes to find someone he knows and sees Aunt May, but she too has no idea who he is. Meanwhile, Peter is battling Electro. Just as Electro was about to deliver a final blow, Spider-Boy arrived and knocked Electro to the ground. Parker then asks why he isn't back in his world. Spider-Boy says again this is his world and he is his sidekick. The two team up to take down Electro, with Spider-Boy using his fangs to bite Electro, injecting him with his paralyzing Venom.
