Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women DESCRIPTION: This is a Jammu and Kashmir recipe. This is the healthy, easy, delicious and gourmet recipe with apple, served with chapati or rice. INGREDIENTS: Cashew nuts 5-6 nos Tomato 1 nos Butter 1 tsp Fennel seeds ½ tsp Cinnamon 1 stick Onions(chopped) ½ cup Salt To taste Turmeric powder ¼ tsp Red chilly powder ½ tsp Pepper powder ½ tsp Garam masala powder ¼ tsp Green bell pepper 1 nos Apple 1 nos Sugar ½ tsp Fresh cream 1 tbs Lime juice. 1 tsp METHOD: 1. Take a mixie jar and add cashew nuts, tomato and blend into smooth paste. 2. Heat butter in a pan and add fennel seeds, cinnamon stick, onions, little salt and saute it. 3. To it add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder, tomato mixture paste and cook it for 2 min with lid on it. 4. To it add diced green bell pepper, apple, little water and cook it with lid on it, until apple becomes soft. 5. To it add little sugar, little salt, fresh cream and mix nicely, later add lime juice. 6. Now apple subzi seb ki subzi is ready to serve with roti or rice.
