Yearsley Woods MTB Trails in the Autumn - When it starts to get a bit damp….

You may have seen last week my Specialized Kenevo Expert e-MTB completely give up on me as I pulled it out of the car — a catastrophic speed sensor failure meant I could only ride two trails at Yearsley Woods, meaning my friends had the uneviable task of pushing me up the hill and killing their batteries for my benefit. Love you guys… Minster Cycles in Beverley came to my rescue, it was fixed, tested mid- week and ready to rock and roll on Saturday. This week, we went back for REDEMPTION! 💪 Yearsley woods is a tiny little mecca and true hidden Gem which is often overlooked a it isnt quite assteep or gnarly as other places relatively local but it is sooo fun. The trails were slick, wet, and greasy, but that didn’t stop us from clocking up over 20 miles of pure MTB madness. The weather didnt quite no what to do and meant a couple of outfit changes were needed. Even better — we were joined for the first time in ages by @ChrisGoddardMTB, and the energy on the trails was unreal!
