This is the 6th of 10 modern and contemporary dance classes. Each class has different lengths and focuses, based on the classical principles of modern and contemporary dance technique. This project, supported from Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of Nordrhein-Westfalen, comes from the idea of supporting dancers who, due to Covid-19, do not have the opportunity to continue their daily dance training. I take the view that nothing can replace a live dance class, but with a tutorial like mine, you will be able to dance wherever you are and have the possibility to stop, rewind and repeat my exercises as much as you want.
