Eagle Durasig 3-Section Permissive Only Flashing Yellow Arrow Left Turn Signals - Jackson, Michigan

Recently, the intersection of Cooper Street and Michigan Avenue in Jackson, Michigan, got a bit of an upgrade, including the replacement of the flashing red arrow beacons and the new installment of 3-section FYAs for the northbound approach, just before the railroad tracks. A crosswalk was also added just before the slip lane and railroad tracks. Whenever the crosswalk button is pressed, the signal turns to a red arrow to allow for pedestrians to safely cross the road. Additional signals and blank-out signs were also added for traffic coming from EB Michigan Avenue going into the slip lane to turn right. The 4-section FYA left turn signal facing WB Michigan Avenue was also replaced by a 3-section fully arrowed protected only left turn signal. When I discovered this I just had to go back there to film it, since 3-section FYAs are extremely rare in Michigan!
