The track is getting tighter, the "road" surface is getting looser, and my Nissan Qashqai is officially a long way from its natural habitat in the city. We are still deep in the Barrington Tops wilderness, descending toward Moonan Flat and Gundy. This stretch is a masterclass in "don't look over the edge." One mistake here doesn't just mean a flat tire—it means a very long helicopter ride.
