Following on from Part 1, this lesson teaches you how to use the large and powerful muscles around your pelvis to create an undulating movement through the entire spine, from coccyx to head. By fully supporting various parts of the spine while doing the movements, the muscles in the back of the body have the opportunity to relax and lengthen. When you stand up afterwards you may feel taller and lighter.
