As I write these words there is music playing from an unknown open window on my laptop, my fingers feel fine by my wrists are cramped. No one should edit on a laptop, but sometimes the tools we need and the tools we have are 10 feet apart. It's late, and this demo of the first new rap battle is not going to listen to itself for the 40th time to smile at how well it's coming along. That's my job.
