Awakening is a body first album about recognition, restraint, and emergence. It traces the moment when silence stops being protective and starts being limiting. Moving from quiet awareness to grounded expression, the album explores what it feels like to reclaim voice without apology or spectacle. This record isn’t about healing as a destination, it’s about presence. Listening isn’t about understanding the story. It’s about feeling the shift. Breath & Bone: Grounding in the physical body…..the weight, the breath, and the strength it takes to stay present. Following the events of Castle Born, this album explores one specific voice within that internal world. The songs are written from that perspective, not as metaphor, but as lived function; how it formed, what it protects, and how it responds. This album is part of an ongoing narrative project exploring an internal landscape through music. Each release represents a distinct voice, function, or state within that world. Together, the albums form a larger arc about survival, identity, integration, and healing. About my music: I write all the lyrics, structure, and creative direction.
