Here's my story of when I developed Sleep Apnea and the solutions I choose to treat it, and the process leading up to surgery and the painful recovery period. Part of the recovery had a bleeding complication if hadn't been taken care of in time could've cost me my life. In the end my choice was to have my Uvula and Tonsils removed, but the recovery as fore mentioned is extremely painful and is not an easy period, you go days without eating and can only drink, and you feel dizzy and malnourished somedays from the change in diet. Dehydration can also occur easily if you don't keep on top of your drinking routine, but drinking and swallowing is the biggest challenge when everything you try to drink feels like shards of glass as it goes down!
