This panel will discuss the perspectives of various stakeholders as they approach their legal research into the world of international arbitration. The discussion will focus on the availability of international arbitration awards, information on the arbitrators and their awards, information on the ICDR’s Arbitration Rules and its administrative system. The program will include a demonstration by Jus Mundi of their platform and the partnership with the ICDR highlighting information they have amassed that is currently available and a discussion on the research conducted by the authors as they worked on the second edition of the “Guide to the ICDR’s International Arbitration Rules.” The panel will consider how best can party-autonomy and confidentiality (looking at Article 40 of the ICDR’s Rules) co-exist with the ever increasing search for data and information related to the resolution of global complex business disputes. Panelists: William Crosby, Martin F. Gusy, James Hosking, Jean-Rémi de Maistre, and Wendy Venoit Moderator: Eric P. Tuchmann
