The Sauce created in a Pizzeria tells a story and in this case the Vodka Sauce which is a staple slice at Mangia Pizza New City in Rockland County tells a real great story. I can't express enough how unique and flavorful this slice was! Their Margherita Slice was also amazing and the red sauce as well beyond flavorful. The Owner who goes by Chef Tom is named a Chef for a reason and I can't wait to get back and experience his cuisine. Chef Tom has been in the Pizzeria industry since the age of 13 and owns several Pizzerias in his home County of Rockland. Today they also officially opened their new Bar which Thomas J IV Doran has carefully selected the wines and custom cocktails. I almost forgot their Garlic Knots were cooked to perfection too! A True Chef is here at Mangia Pizza New City and has been Strongly Recommended by Johnny C!
