Since each of us is God’s masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus to do the things He has prepared for us (see Ephesians 2:10), we have an intentional reason to create. We also have an ingrained desire to create. Genesis 1:1 records: In the beginning, God created… Each of us was fashioned by this creative God of the Universe. Since we have been created in His image (see Genesis 1:26), He has instilled creative gifts in each of His children. These gifts will look different from person to person – painters, writers, chefs, athletes, problem-solvers, inventors, etc. We create because He is our Creator God and has given us His good gifts. Visual Faith Ministry is a community of people who create and share God’s gifts. Our community is occasionally in-person, sometimes on Zoom, and actively engaged in our Facebook group.
