Lviv (Львів) is a city in western Ukraine. It is a more European and less Russian city. The historic city center is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. I have a walk starting at the Taras Shevchenko statue on Proskekt Svobody towards the Opera building. Then turn right over a souvenir market to the Church of Transfiguration. I pass through a narrow passway the Armenian Church and end on the Ploshcha Rynok central square with the Ratusha town Hall.
