I love it enough to travel over 600 miles from Iowa to taste the best cheese dip: Arbo's Cheese Dip out of Memphis, Tennessee! Arbo's Cheese Dip has taken over Memphis, and with Arbo's now available in Kroger, it is expanding in all directions! The mastermind behind this amazing dip and company happens to be a good friend of mine, Andrew Arbogast. We met at Northwest Missouri State University, quickly became friends, and became fraternity brothers in Alpha Kappa Lambda. Arbo's Cheese Dip flavors now include: Original, Spicy, and Queso Blanco! Delicious cheese dip! Andrew's hard work has also resulted in him receiving a Memphis 40 Under 40 Award 2022! To make supporting this endeavor even easier is this: Andrew is a veteran so Arbo's is a veteran owned business! In addition to that, Andrew has always enjoyed giving back to the community. The organization he is heavily involved in is Folds of Honor, a nonprofit organization with the mission of providing military scholarships and first responder scholarships to dependants of veterans and first responders who have been killed or are disabled. I am so so excited that Folds of Honor opened their mission to include first responders (like me) so I can hopefully help a Folds of Honor Chapter come to my state of Iowa! Finally, you know I love to explore, so Andrew helped show me parts of Memphis I was not familiar with and introduced me to some of his favorite places! After showing me his Arbo's Cheese Dip at Kroger, he took me to Oxbeau, a really cool store with a lot of manly stuff in it. We ate lunch at Central BBQ Mephis - Downtown, and stopped in to Grind City Brewing Co. It was at Grind City that I had my first taste of Arbo's Original Cheese Dip. It blew my mind! After catching up, we had dinner at Gus's Fried Chicken in Memphis and then picked up some of the best donuts ever from Gibson's Donuts in Memphis.
