Following the release of his critically acclaimed second album, Thriller, Michael Jackson performed this famous Moonwalk for the first time during his performance of Billie Jean on Motown 25, as well he wore single white glove made of rhinestone gems. The step, would become one of the most globally recognizable dance moves. In movies George Lucas completed his original Star Wars Trilogy with Return of the Jedi. Flashdance, despite its initial poor critical response became a surprise box office success, starting the respective Hollywood movie careers of Producers Don Simpson and Jerry Bruckheimer.
