The Avett Brothers. Interview+"I Miss a Lot of Trains" 2. From Tønder Festival, Aug. 27th 2011

Short interview about the beginning of The Avett Brothers and a live version on the porch of Tom T. Hall's song 'I Miss A Lot of Trains´. This was recorded at the Tønder Festival Aug. 27th 2011 in Denmark, where the band had their Danish debut. Later that day they gave a terrific concert for an audience, many of them already knew their songs by heart. It was one of those concerts that will stand strong in the festival's history. America is taking place every year last weekend of August in the SXSW corner of Denmark (7 km north of the German border). www.tf.dk The Tonder Festival will announce the names of the 2012 artist from April 26 to June 16th where the full programme is out on website. Also check the Tonder Festival (Official) Facebook page for daily updates, videos and music/ festival news. This year's Festival is much changed in appearance (but not in heart, sould and values). This means for instance that wristbands giving entrance to all the venues at the site (previously individual concert tickets), a broader variety of music will be presented, and also the festival site, venues and catering etc is undergoing major changes in 2012. It will be a Tønder Festival like neve before!
