Driver Gets Road Rage over a EBIKE // Cops do nothing!

Well what an exciting day it was today. These people right here were in the lane to merge onto the 99 freeway. Not the lane to go straight! Me on my electric bike I split lanes to get up to the front of all this traffic. Here in california its legal to do this. This driver thought I was going to speed away at the green light and when I didn't they honked at me which at the time I didn't no what was going on until a truck speeds past me very close peeling out, Keep in mind RIGHT INFRONT OF A COP!!! The truck continues to speed over 60mph in a 35mph zone trying to take off and get away from me. Sadly they messed with the wrong e-bike because mines modified and can do traffic speeds. Another driver pulled up and saw everything and said I was in the right and they were in the wrong.\ But i got a good question for you guys... Do you think this electric bike is an E-BIKE or a MOTORCYCLE? Keep in mind my bike was modified to go passed the 28mph limit here in California. It can still cruise at 28mph in the bike lane. Or should this bike only be allowed in traffic and not allowed to use the bike lane what so ever? Again keep in mind this e-bike is sold as an Ebike on the website and has no valid vin # to be registered in the state of California. This bike also has working pedals where as motorcycles do not...
