Behind having a big gut, the next worst thing is having man boobs. Stick around to the end, and I am going to give you a tip on how to get rid of moobs without using dumbbells. A big chest stands out whether you are wearing a shirt or not, it is an impressive muscle group. The chest is a bigger muscle group, so you will need to use slightly heavier weight in these exercises, than if you were to work your arms. Let’s get started with the exercises in this workout to get rid of moobs with dumbbells. Exercise #1: DUMBBELL BRIDGE PRESS. Lay flat on your back, raise your hips up, and press the dumbbells straight up and down. This is similar to a decline bench press, if you were working out at the gym. This exercise focuses more on the lower chest. I want you to do alternating one arm at a time, to make it a little more difficult. That makes it so you have to use stabilizer muscles to keep your balance. I want you to do 10-12 reps on each side. Exercise #2: INCLINE DUMBBELL PRESS. This time our head needs to be higher than our feet. This will help us focus on the upper chest. I look to use my couch with a cushion on top to help raise your upper body. This will give you the incline to focus on your upper chest. Adding the cushion will also help increase the range of motion that you can have. Control the weight throughout the whole range of motion, to focus on just using your chest. Exercise #3: DUMBBELL FLY. Have a couch cushion on the floor for your back, which will help you get a wider range of motion in this exercise. It is important to get a deep stretch in your chest, to get the most out of this exercise. You will need to use lighter weight in this exercise because the resistance with the dumbbells out to the sides makes the exercise more difficult. You will need lighter weight to make sure you are utilizing good form. Exercise #4: DUMBBELL PULLOVER. Put two cushions on the ground to add even more of a range of motion, to give room for the dumbbells to go behind your head. If you have a bench at home you can use that instead. Use slow controlled movements throughout the whole range of motion. You are going to feel this in your chest and core, but it will also work your lats as a stabilizer muscle. Exercise #5: FLAT CHEST PRESS. This is going to be like a bench press at the gym. You can do this laying flat on the floor. Your range of motion will be slightly limited, if you are not using a bench. Make sure not to rest your elbows on the ground after each rep because that will give your chest some rest.
