Create a Sacred Space: Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can meditate without interruptions. 2. Breathe Deeply: Close your eyes, take slow, deep breaths and focus on releasing any negative energy with each exhale. 3. Create Protection: Imagine a protective shield around you, filled with divine light and energy, safeguarding you from all negativity. 4. Set Your Intention: Either you want to heal yourself or someone else, start by visualizing a sphere of light starting from your heart and expanding to the whole world. You want to use your body as an intermediate and not as the source of the reiki power. Reiki is the universal power, originating from the same energy as the Universe itself. 5. Listen and Absorb: Press play and Open your heart to the vibrations of love and light, feel the positive energy flow through your hands. You can also use the Reiki symbols. Place your hands in the areas you feel it's needed the most. Stay there until you understand you gave enough Reiki.
