This workout offers spicy challenges, balance movements and supersets that increase the sessions intensity. If you are short on time and looking for a quick 20 min effective no repeats workout, then this is for you. This workout can be done with dumbbells if you don't have kettlebells.💪🏼 This workout is targeted more for a strong beginner/intermediate level kettlebell user, it can 100% be manageable for beginners. 🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you.
