I traveled from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Singapore on a luxury bus. The bus company I used was Transtar Travel. The meeting point is at below Imbi Station on the KL monorail line, right in front of Berjaya Times Square in the center of Kuala Lumpur. The bus departs at 7:29 AM. The meeting time is 30 minutes before that. There is no need to check in advance for Transtar Travel buses, and the conductor will check your ticket number and name when the bus departs. The bus is two-story, with 1+1 seating on the second floor. There is a lot of space in front of and behind the seats, making it comfortable. There is wifi on board, and you can watch movies and dramas on the monitors installed. After departure, black coffee, white coffee, English tea, and Chinese tea were served, and meals were also provided afterwards. Around 9:30 AM, we took a 10-minute break at a rest area along the highway. We used the restroom and bought some snacks. We arrived at Sultan Abu Bakar Immigration in Malaysia at 11:30AM. We left Malaysia with our passports and valuables. We got back on the bus, crossed Laluan Kedua Malaysia-Singapura, and arrived at Tuas Checkpoint. We entered Singapore here. This time we got off the bus with all our luggage. Passport control was fully automated and very smooth. After entering the country, our luggage was scanned at customs. We got back on the bus and arrived right above Lavender MRT station in Singapore (the stop is right in front of V Hotel Lavender). We arrived at Lavender at 1:10PM. It was a comfortable journey that took about 5 hours and 40 minutes.
