In a large bowl, whisk the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla together. 2. Sift in flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into the wet ingredients. Fold ingredients in. 3. Scrape the batter into a greased 9x13 pan. Set aside. 4. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon together. 5. Pour the melted butter over the dry ingredients.
