So when yesterday morning, while walking in the aisles of my farmer's, and I saw beautiful beets there, the desire to make Borscht was natural. With this dish I can feed my family for 2 days. It is a pure delight! This is the traditional Borscht recipe but which can be different according to each family (addition of parsley, beans, spring onions, pork, without meat, etc.). One thing is certain, it's a simple and comforting meal. It is also a dish that can be served in summer and winter. It's soft and melts in your mouth. A wonder ! Good tasting ! Ingredients : 1 stalk of celery 3 carrots 2 onions 5 bay leaves A few peppercorns Salt 400g bone-in beef 3 liters of water (12 cups) 2 large beets 3 large potatoes 1/2 white cabbage 2 cloves garlic 3 tablespoons of tomato puree 1 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice 1 pinch of unrefined sugar Sour cream and dill
