We are very grateful to him for being so open and honest about his "hard-sell" strategy. Presumably, his former employer isn't aware of his public comments. If they ever find out, there's a good chance it'll be taken down. Fortunately, there are kitchen companies that don't employ hard-sell strategies to generate sales. They rely instead on integrity, honesty and quality. These are the genuine Independent Kitchen Studios. Unfortunately, very few kitchens are sold this way. This means the majority of kitchen buyers are missing out on a true design experience. That's a tragedy!
