The powder comes in a pot, which is in a resealable bag with a Sponge Applicator. It can be used on Gel polish. Here are the simple steps 1.Prepare your nails with UV BASE COAT, PURE COLOR GEL, No-wipe UV TOP COAT. 2.Use eyeshadow Rub/Pat to pick the powder and burnish it onto your nails. 3.Repeat the step untill you're satisfied with the effect. 4.Seal it with UV TOP COAT. I've used regular polishes as bases as my range of gel polishes is limited. After they had FULLY DRIED, I applied the no Wipe Gel Top Coat and cured. Then I used the powder with amazing results. It looks so different on the black and white bases the most. The other colours gave way to a beautiful mirror finish with a flash of green/gold. I loved the effect it gave.
