It has height adjustment and it can swivel inwards and outwards. The chair can be reclined up to 170 degrees and it has a very solid frame that the wheels don't even lift off the ground even if you rock on it. The gtracing chair is pretty comfortable for a couple of hours of gaming and getting work done, but I much prefer the design and comfort of the Ergo Chair 2 after using it for 8 months. I changed the wheels on the gt racing chair for some smoother and quieter wheels and improved how it felt while moving around in the chair. The wheels are very easy to pop off.
