Clean your meat and dry it off. 2. Put your chicken in a large bowl and season it. Mix everything together well and let your chicken rest for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. 3. Mix the following ingredients together to prepare your flour batter. 1 cup All Purpose flour. 1 Cup Corn Starch 2 tbsp cayenne 1 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp ground white pepper 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 4. Set your frying oil to 350°f while you batter your chicken. 5. Make sure the chicken is fully coated with the season flour and shake off any excess flour. Do this with all the chicken and set them aside for at least 15 minutes. 6. Make sure you fry in batches so you don’t overcrowd the fryer, which can lower the temperature and your chicken won’t fry that well. Maintain a frying temperature around 350°f and cook each batches for around 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. The chicken’s internal temperature should be at 165°f. Make sure you get the temperature back to 350 before you cook your next batch. 7. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the fryer or pot and leave it on a cooling rack and let it rest for a couple of minutes before you can enjoy them.
