二零一二年十月三十一日 恒傳匯談（三）從企業管治看溝通重要性 「恒傳匯談」系列第三場講座，邀得卓越女企業家何玉美董事長主講。何董事長以多年來創業及企業管理的經驗，講述企業溝通的重要性。她強調企業溝通最重要的是「道」而非「術」，亦即要以誠懇的態度對待不同文化背景的客戶和員工，與他們建立良好關係，共同解決困難。何董事長也提出溝通的哲學，認為溝通不應以利益為前提，應由心出發，真誠待人。何董事長的分享讓同學受益匪淺，同學亦把握機會向嘉賓熱烈地請教有效的溝通方法。 Date: 31st October 2012 BJC Talk Series 3: Importance of effective communications in corporate governance The School of Communication was honored to invite an outstanding entrepreneur, Ms Emma Ho, as guest speaker for the Talk Series 3. With many years of experience in starting up business and corporate governance, Ms. Ho has explained to BJC students the importance of effective communication. She emphasized that the principle of effective communication should be "ethic" rather than "technique". With sincerity, she managed to establish good relationships with colleagues and customers of different cultural backgrounds so as to face challenges together. Ms. Ho believes that effective communication can be achieved by treating others with a sincere heart and not putting priority on interests of oneself. BJC students have taken the opportunity to learn from Ms. Ho on how to be an effective communicator.
