Welcome to our on-demand webinar titled "Overview and Tutorial for the CTE and STEM Student Survey Generator," hosted by Dr. Meagan Pollock. This webinar introduces an essential tool for educators focused on addressing equity in Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) programs. The tool, underpinned by NAPE's 15 root causes framework, enables the creation of surveys specifically designed to identify disparities in program participation. Offering a wide selection of customizable questions for both open-ended and Likert scale surveys, it allows educators to concentrate on up to three root causes to ensure surveys are both relevant and effective. This session has two main goals: to familiarize you with the survey generator, including its background, how to get started with it,The webinar will then guide you through using the tool, showcasing its user-friendly design and how it can be used to improve equity within CTE and STEM programs. The survey generator was developed with funding by a grant from the Toyota USA Foundation to the National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity.
