Rest the dough: Wrap in cling wrap and let rest for 20–30 minutes (so it’s easier to roll). 6. Roll and shape: Divide dough into 2–4 pieces. Flatten with a rolling pin and cut into thin strips (you can use plastic knives or safe scissors for kids). 7. Cook: Boil in salted water for 2–4 minutes (until tender).
