(several times over) so here's the lore: In October of 2024, I was scrolling on Youtube when I came across this gem of a video, a guy playing through this little Korean story game. So I watched through all the it and thought. “That might make a good video.” So I immediately obtained a legal copy of ‘Five Hearts Under One Roof’ and sat down to record. Now as I was playing I had all these grand ideas, I wanted to make a video essay, go through all the endings, maybe do a whole analysis for each of the characters. Not because I actually had any real vision or thesis or reason to do any of that, but because I was slowly becoming more and more obsessed with this game. So naturally, that obsession died out pretty quick. As in two days quick. My whole idea fell apart and I started feeling very apathetic about the whole project. So there it sat for a whole year, an inside joke among friends and a lingering weight inside my mind. A year passed, and one day I realized that I still had not laid this video to rest. So here I am, finally ready to show you this odd game. Just a little let’s play, that’s all. So try your best to relax and watch me slowly lose it over peak cinema. (also I know that my voice is hard to hear at times, I just didn't know how to mix the audio correctly. sorry)
