Video recorded on February 5, 2026. 85 and 7 are both red slopes 🔴 88 is a blue slope 🔵 • The "Matterhorn Glacier Paradise" (Piccolo Cervino / Klein Matterhorn, at 3883m) is the highest mountain reachable through ski lifts in Europe. It is the upper edge of Skirama, allowing descents towards both the Italian and Swiss sides of the resort. • As you come out of the cave the cable car arrival station was carved into, on the left you may see the breathtaking peak of Breithorn (4164m). Only during summer, calmer winds allow to also open the tiny lift leading up to Gobba di Rollin (3899m), and many hiking enthusiasts would walk up from Klein Matterhorn towards the Breithorn summit. • After completing the Theodul glacier, the ski track morphs into number 7 at the height of Plateau Rosa / Testa Grigia (3480m). This beautiful slope on the southern edge of the whole Skirama ski area yields a wonderful view over the valley, and is guaranteed to remain illuminated until very late in the afternoon on any day with clear enough skies. • From then on (not shown in video), one may reach down to the bottom of the skiable area in Cervinia (2050m) without taking a single lift, or alternatively to Valtournenche (1524m) by only taking a 1-minute chair lift needed to cross the hollow before Bec Carré.
