In this video I go over some of the steps to replace the factory 8" screen in a 2018+ Audi SQ5 and upgrade to a 12.3" aftermarket screen from Aliexpress.com. The screen came with everything needed to install it and keep everything functioning properly while maintaining the factory controls in the car and the MMI system. The screen took about a week to arrive from China. I was definitely skeptical because this was the cheapest screen out there available for this car, but overall I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and how well it works.
