Fred Longworth High School - Chair Duets '16

Having worked with the movement based techniques of famed theatre company 'Frantic Assembly', and in particular the devising method of 'Chair Duets', our Year 9 pupils were challenged to create their own piece of work inspired by the quote "Every Child Is An Artist. The Problem Is How To Remain As Artists Once They Grow Up". This video showcases elements of their final pieces and is testament to the fantastic work ethic and imagination of our pupils. The video, filmed and edited by FLHS alumni Jamie Shaw, has since been submitted to the company themselves where, hopefully, the excellent work of our students will be shared with a wider audience via their 'Chair Duet Challenge' project.
