ADHD 360 CEO, Phil Anderton, PhD, Hosted our webinar ‘The Hidden Costs of Not Treating ADHD: Giving Patients THE Argument to Get the Care They Deserve’ on Thursday 6 March at 6:30pm. In this session, we will delve into the key findings of “The ADHD Crisis in the UK – A Call to Action,” commissioned by ADHD 360 and prepared by Loop Dynamics Group Ltd. The report outlines the profound economic and social consequences of untreated ADHD, while emphasising the transformative benefits of early diagnosis and intervention. Key findings of the report included: ✔️ Undiagnosed ADHD costs the UK economy billions through annual household losses of £6,500-£11,200. ✔️ The cost of NHS expenditure treating co-morbid conditions could reach £1.33bn-£5.78bn over a decade. ✔️ For every £1 invested in ADHD diagnosis and treatment, a 16 x ROI could be achieved per patient over 10 years, equating to a total potential saving of £1.92 billion (based on 15,000 patients annually).
