Somerset Archaeological & Natural History became a collector of archives from its earliest days. Soon it had gathered extraordinary treasures ranging from Saxon charters to monastic registers, and from personal memoirs to circus posters. Today the archive remains one of the most remarkable sources for Somerset history. This talk will reveal some of its riches. --------------------------------------- This was a free event, with donations to the Somerset Archaeological and Natural History Society welcome.
