First I'm going to show you how it works, then we'll make a song using the AI generated lyrics. The website is called "These lyrics do not exist .com" and it's super simple. You just type the topic you want — you could even just pick an emoji — then select the genre, the mood and click generate lyrics. And because this is an AI, I thought: why not make a song about robots. I got to warn you... things are about to get weird. After picking the topic, you could make it a country song, metal, rock, pop, rap and EDM. I'm going to choose pop because... I'm a pop music producer. And then we pick the mood. We could make it very sad, sad, neutral, happy and very happy. I'm going to choose happy because... I'm happy we're going to make a song together today. Click generate. Let's see what we got! "get on your knees, and do the robots... hum?" Oh, boy! "oh, say robots... hum?" "everybody dance, everybody move, everybody rock to the robots... dance?" Hmmm... I didn't expect this to deliver a full song that makes sense. But I though it would make a little sense. Maybe I picked the wrong mood for this. I'll go ahead and save this on a notepad, and let's try to generate lyrics with different moods. How about... "very sad"? "Are we lost? Tag an interest..." What the f... Let's try "sad". Nah... But I still got hope! Let's try neutral. Nope. Our last chance is choosing "very happy". But who makes very happy songs? I'm not a psychopath. Come on, give me something. Let's see this chorus... "Anywhere you wanna go, my pretty robot girl" Oh yeah. I can work with that. "I have a heart, I have it with me all the time" HAHA, that's it! I like that. It gave me an idea. I'm going to call this song "Love Robot". Because I saw this comedy special where they showed this factory of robot ladies that were replacing inflatable dolls. How about a song telling the story of a love robot gentleman? Now, I see that it repeats the word robots a lot, some things are disconnected, and it was kind of hit or miss. So I don't think that this is replacing a real songwriter anytime soon. But it gave me some interesting ideas. I'm going to bookmark this. It's possibly a free fix for writer's block. Now let's make some adjustments. I got some coffee, thought about how to connect those lyrics, and here's what I propose. We take this first verse, use the first line, discard line 2, and change lines 3 and 4 a bit, while at the same time, we insert our song's title "love robot", and say something impactful to connect with the pre-chorus. "They left me in the coldest of places Building robots to destroy the human race But I’m about to change the world ‘Cause I’m a love robot, the first one ever sold" How about that? Made some rhymes, even though they're AABB, which is super stable, so they don't help with moving towards the next section but at least they're kind of cool, right?
