Its a new remastered version of The Crystal Lake! This meditation has been so fun to revisit again after 9 years! I know that the original Crystal Lake is very special to many of us and dear to our hearts ❤️ This new version is pretty much the same but it has a louder & clearer vocal - so for the many (many, many) people who complained that they couldn't hear the words before, I hope that you enjoy this version :) I've also lengthened the outro so there is 45 mins of meditation and then 45 mins of music to fall asleep to (while keeping your mind awake and focused on your AP destination of course.) :) I'll be remastering some other of the original meditations as well and sharing them on new platforms such as spotify and itunes, along with my new creations.
