This design proved to be impractical due issues with the drive train. The alternator motor has little torque so needs some kind of gearbox. For this reason I shelved this project and moved on to a hub motor and I DO NOT recommend you follow this build unless you have access to a suitable gearbox. Controller This is a similar controller to the one I used though as sellers constantly change products over time I cannot guarantee it will work with an alternator.
