How To Make Chilli Chicken - Chilli Chicken Recipe - Chicken Recipes 🔔Please click on the link below and subscribe to Curries With Bumbi so that I can bring more new recipes for you- / @currieswithbumbi Ingredients - Marination 360 gm boneless skinless chicken thighs/breast 1/4th tsp crushed black pepper 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder (optional) 1 tsp finely grated garlic 1 tsp finely grated ginger 1 tsp soy sauce 2 tsp fresh lemon juice/vinegar 1 tsp oil 2 tbsp cornflour(cornstarch). Add more if required 1 tbsp all purpose flour 1 well beaten egg For the spice blend - 5 cloves 1 inch length cinnamon stick 1 star anise 1 tsp fennel seeds 3 green cardamoms For sauce 1 stock cube/ 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/4 th cup tomato ketchup 1 tbsp green/red chilli sauce 1/2 cup hot water (do not add water if using chicken broth) 1 medium to large onion 1 tsp grated ginger 140 gm/ 1 medium green capsicum chopped green onions 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds 1 tsp sesame seed oil oil for frying + 4 tbsp 2 dry red chilli 3 whole green chilli 1/4th tsp salt 1 tsp sugar (optional) Method - add all the spices in a pan over medium low heat, stir till fragrant, then powder the spices once cooled down add black pepper, chilli powder, grated ginger and garlic, soy sauce, oil and marinate for 30 mins - 1 hr add cornflour, flour, egg, 1 tsp spice powder fry the chicken till golden brown in a bowl mix chicken stock cube, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, hot water in a bowl add cornflour with 3 tbsp water heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, onion, capsicum with a sprinkle of salt and fry on high heat add the sauce and allow it to bubble add a tablespoon of cornstarch slurry and cook for a minute switch off heat, add the fried chicken, chopped green onions, 1 heaped tsp spice powder, freshly crushed black pepper, mix well with sauce serve with white rice/fried rice/noodles Restaurant style fried rice/pulao recipe - • RESTAURANT STYLE PERFECT VEGETABLE PU...
