Hey everyone, Today I'm gonna forge Damascus Karambit Knife out of rusty leaf spring inspired by infamous Lucifer's Demon Dagger. Forging a Karambit knife blends ancient Damascus steel techniques with modern methods, creating a blade that honors centuries of tradition. Each hammer strike echoes the strength and beauty of Damascus steel, renowned for its sharpness and history. First, I choose and cut the leaf spring into iron bars, then added 4340 iron strips, welding them together to create a solid foundation. With the raw materials prepared, I began the forging process, carefully shaping the metal with precise hammer strikes. To achieve the desired Damascus pattern, I meticulously twisted the iron, creating intricate designs that would enhance the beauty of the final blade. Once the Damascus pattern was achieved, I focused on refining the blade, meticulously hand-sanding it to ensure a razor-sharp edge. With the blade perfected, I turned my attention to crafting the handle, using the same Damascus iron pieces to create a unique and cohesive design. Each piece was carefully shaped and assembled, ensuring a comfortable grip and seamless integration with the blade. Finally, I crafted a sheath out of pure leather, providing both protection and a stylish finishing touch to the completed Karambit knife.
