Please check out Two Brothers RC's latest comparison FMS Avanti and Freewing Ares video. I just tried his suggested programming adjustments to the Ares to reduce the slow flight / High Alpha wing rock. As Jon said, it does not eliminate the wing rock but it noticeably reduces it. All of his observations are spot on, although I still prefer the Ares. You certainly have to teach yourself some finesse to do some of the 3D maneuvers without the Ares departing, but the challenge is part of the fun.
