Horizontal Metropolis Yangtze River Delta: Entangling Capitals. Architecture in the Fields: Agency and Intermediation for a Common Prosperity This seminar explores and confronts successful rural interventions through the description of emerging architecture practice in the Yangtze River Delta. Scope of the second international seminar is to underpin how architectural project can achieve policy objectives by successfully intermediating between local governance, inhabitants, and space.
