The Cupid's Cup is a Lovely Pisco Cocktail based on the ever classic Pisco Sour. It is a riff, or play on the classic cocktail but with the addition of Aperol. The Aperol adds a nice subtle bitterness to an otherwise velvety smooth and citrusy cocktail. There are many versions or variations on the Classic Pisco Sour, with most people making Pisco Cocktails based off of it. The Cupid's Cup is one of these wonderful variations.
