The broth is creamy and white—perfect for warming your stomach and lifting your spirits! 🍲 Ingredients: 300g lotus root (peeled) 500g pork ribs Seasonings: 10g ginger slices 10g green onion (white part) 10g salt A pinch of white pepper Steps: 1. Slice the lotus root on a diagonal and soak it in water. 2. Cut the pork ribs into chunks, slice the ginger, and cut the green onions into sections. 3. In a pot, bring a small amount of water to a boil. Add the pork ribs and blanch to remove any blood. Rinse the ribs afterward. 4. Add the rinsed pork ribs to a pot with a small amount of fresh water, along with the ginger slices and green onion sections. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat. 5. Add the lotus root, cover the pot, and simmer for 1 hour on low heat. 6. Once the soup is ready, season with 10g of salt and a pinch of white pepper.
